Jake is a Tacoma, WA native who ventured to Seattle in 2003 to foster his growing interest in home renovations. It wasn't long before his knowledge of real estate and construction propelled him into a successful career in the industry. Throughout his dynamic journey, he has held steadfast to the principle that building sincere, meaningful relationships with both employees and clients is the keystone of a resilient business. He continues to grow, pushing boundaries, raising standards, and always striving to enhance his expertise. In his free time, you’ll find Jake fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family where he currently resides in Shoreline, WA.
